   • Strengthen foresight capabilities for governments, regulators, and ecosystem players to adapt to rapidly evolving digital landscapes.               
2. Ecosystem Initiatives Acceleration
   • Support national and regional innovation ecosystems with tools, methodologies, and resources.
   • Accelerate flagship initiatives and collaborative programmes that foster inclusive growth and sustainability.                                           
3. Open Technology Innovation
   • Enable open innovation approaches to integrate frontier technologies into development agendas.
   • Promote technology transfer, collaboration, and experimentation to bridge the digital innovation divide.

   • Build capacity for entrepreneurs and startups to scale, compete, and thrive in a digital economy.
